At Drivetimela LLC, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business. Please read this policy carefully before making a reservation.
2. Cancellation Refund Schedule
Refund amounts are based on when you cancel relative to your scheduled pickup time:

3. How to Cancel
To cancel your reservation:

- Email [email protected] with your reservation number
- Cancellations must be confirmed by our team to be valid
The cancellation date/time is when we receive and confirm your request, not when you send it.
4. Modifications to Reservations
Changes to your reservation (dates, vehicle, etc.) are subject to:
- Vehicle and date availability
- Price adjustments based on new dates/vehicle
- A $50 modification fee if changed within 48 hours of pickup
If we cannot accommodate your modification request, you may cancel according to the refund schedule above.
5. Early Returns
If you return the vehicle before your scheduled return date:
- No refund will be issued for unused rental days
- We recommend modifying your reservation in advance if your plans change
- In exceptional circumstances, partial credits may be issued at our discretion
6. Security Deposit Refunds
Your security deposit will be refunded after the vehicle is returned and inspected:
- Full refund if vehicle is returned in satisfactory condition
- Deductions may be made for damage, excessive cleaning, fuel, or violations
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
- You will be notified of any deductions with documentation
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Delivery and pickup fees once service is rendered
- Insurance premiums for days used
- Add-on services that have been provided
- Administrative fees
8. Refunds Due to Our Cancellation
If Drivetimela LLC cancels your reservation due to vehicle unavailability or other issues on our end:
- You will receive a 100% refund of all payments
- We will attempt to offer a comparable or upgraded vehicle
- You may be eligible for a discount on a future rental
9. Weather and Emergency Cancellations
In cases of severe weather, natural disasters, or government-mandated restrictions:
- Full refunds or credits will be issued at our discretion
- We will work with you to reschedule your rental
- Documentation may be required
10. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed as follows:
- Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed
