1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services of Drivetimela LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
2. Rental Eligibility
To rent a vehicle from Drivetimela LLC, you must:
- Be at least 25 years of age (30 for exotic vehicles)
- Possess a valid driver's license for at least 3 years
- Have a clean driving record with no major violations
- Provide valid proof of full coverage auto insurance
- Present a major credit card in your name
- Pass our verification and approval process
3. Reservations and Payments
All reservations require a valid credit card and may require a security deposit. The deposit amount varies by vehicle category and will be authorized on your card at pickup. Full payment is due at the time of vehicle pickup unless otherwise arranged.
Reservations may be modified or cancelled according to our cancellation policy. Changes to reservations are subject to vehicle availability and may result in price adjustments.
4. Vehicle Use Restrictions
Renters agree that the vehicle will NOT be:
- Driven by anyone other than the approved renter
- Used for racing, speed testing, or reckless driving
- Used for commercial purposes without prior approval
- Taken outside of California without written consent
- Used while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Used for any illegal activities
- Smoked in (vehicles are strictly non-smoking)
5. Insurance Requirements
All renters must maintain full coverage auto insurance that extends to rental vehicles. This coverage must include:
- Comprehensive and collision coverage
- Minimum liability coverage of $100,000
- Coverage that extends to rental vehicles
Proof of insurance must be presented at pickup. Additional coverage options are available for purchase.
6. Liability and Damages
The renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period, including but not limited to accidents, theft, vandalism, and negligent use. Damages not covered by insurance will be charged to the renter's credit card.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Drivetimela LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our vehicles or services.
8. Limitation of Liability
Drivetimela LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the rental.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
